Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. We utilise the iShipping network to ensure the most efficient courier allocation across New Zealand.

  • Auckland Region: Fast & Free delivery on orders over $35. Standard calculated rates apply for orders under this threshold. (Estimated transit time: 1-2 business days).

  • Rest of North Island: Calculated at checkout based on weight. (Estimated transit time: 2-3 business days).

  • South Island: Calculated at checkout based on weight. (Estimated transit time: 3-5 business days).

Rural Delivery (RD) and PO Boxes If your address is categorised as Rural Delivery (RD), please ensure you select the correct Rural shipping option at checkout. Failure to declare a rural address will result in the courier holding the freight, causing significant dispatch delays and potential additional charges.

Due to the physical size and weight of our cat litter products, our courier partners strictly cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

Local Pickup (Click & Collect) You can bypass shipping fees by selecting free local pickup at checkout. We operate two collection points:

  • Albany (North Shore)

  • East Tāmaki (East Auckland)

After placing your order, your items will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email containing specific collection instructions and address details when your order is ready for collection.

Order Tracking Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to monitor its status via the courier's portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.
